Friday & Saturday, July 10-11
Your First Visit
The first stop you will make is the Kids’ Welcome Center located on the first floor in the south hallway. There we will register your child, direct you to your child’s classroom, and answer any questions you might have. We look forward to meeting you!
Safety and Security
Your child’s safety is high priority to us. Here are just a few of the measures we take to protect West Bradenton Kids:
- Each week, parents and kids print matching name tags. The parent’s tag is required to pick up the child so that children are returned to their appropriate adult.
- All volunteers go through a background screening process.
- All rooms have a minimum of two adults with other adults nearby.
Children’s ministry for babies (6 weeks) through 5th grade is available every Sunday at 9:30 and 11:00.
Babies – 2’s: At both 9:30 and 11:00, our babies, toddlers, and 2 year olds experience Bible learning on their level, fun play time, and high quality care.
3’s and 4’s: Our preschoolers experience the Gospel Project curriculum at 9:30 and 11:00 through interactive learning, fun art, games, music and play.
Kindergarten – 5th Grade: At 9:30, elementary students meet in small group Bible Study classes to explore the Gospel Project, a curriculum that focuses on a chronological walk through the Bible and what each story tells us about Jesus and His good news. At 11:00, we transition to Connect Kids’ Worship where we connect with God through high energy worship, learning, and prayer.
Kids' Quest Wednesdays , 6:15-7:45pm
Age 3 (as of 9/1/19) - 5th Grade
Intentional and fun kids' discipleship! Each night focuses on Scripture memory through fun activities, teaching, games, and more. Kids work towards exciting incentives while hiding God's Word deep in their hearts.
During the school year, kids will complete 7 quests. In each quest, kids will learn verses focused on an attribute of God, who kids are in Christ, how they should live, and a spiritual discipline.
Let us know you are coming this fall by filling out this form.
Every year WB Kids hosts a fall festival that is open to the public. There will be lots of candy, games, and inflatables. This year we will also have a free photo booth set up so you can document your fun costume! Invite a friend and plan to join us from 6-8PM on October 31st in our south-side parking lot.
We are already looking forward to next year. Check back here for future updates.
