Grow Conference

Spiritual maturity does not come without intentional effort on our part. As part of this intentional effort, Scripture calls Christians to cultivate certain habits, or spiritual disciplines, within their lives which enable them to grow in spiritual maturity. During the Grow Conference, Donald Whitney will lead us to take a fresh look at these spiritual disciplines and how they can lead us to become more like Christ in our day-to-day lives.

Topics covered will include what spiritual disciplines are and why they are important, praying through Scripture, the discipline of evangelism, and the discipline of meditating on Scripture.

Post-Conference Study:

In the weeks following the Grow Conference, all the Life Groups will go through Donald Whitney's Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life: Study Guide. This book is designed to be a small group study guide that leads group members through a ten week study in specific spiritual disciplines. This will allow our Life Groups to dig further into each discipline and discuss what it can look like in their lives. If you don't already belong to a Life Group, this will be a great oppourtunity for you to plug into one. For a brief description of each of our Life Groups click here.
